The perfect Claire Pettibone bride

Morwenna was the perfect Claire Pettibone bride right from the beginning ....  as soon as we met her we knew that Yolanda would be the perfect dress for her vintage inspired wedding.

Yolanda by Claire Pettibone is a lovely, elegant empire-line gown that evokes a 1920s summer garden party. With ivory crochet lace over silk charmeuse, Yolanda features a lavender velvet and silk rose and a hand-dyed silk ribbon which adds to the vintage nostalgia.

Morwenna also wore a pure silk lace-edged veil by Neive Couture and the beautiful 'Wilderness' forehead band by Flo & Percy - the whole look came together perfectly.

"Everyone commented on my beautiful Claire Pettibone gown, and the veil and headpiece. Lucy did a fabulous job styling the look and it made the whole day. I'm so glad I went further a field to find my perfect dress. Take Care and thanks again!" Morwenna

Congratulations to the happy couple! We wish you every happiness for the future.

  1. So pretty! Who was the photographer?

  2. I was Mo's photographer, great little article! Find me here > www.ashleyhampson.co.uk

  3. Hi Pheobe and Ashley!

I was just about to contact our lovely bride to ask her who her photographer was but you beat me to it! Just had a look at your website and your work is beautiful!

Nice to hear from you both. xx

  4. This is the dress I am having made for my wedding. I love it, but the cleavage is so low on mine... I notice here that the "V" of the dress seems to be sewn so that there is not as much cleavage. Does anyone here who knows the bride know how they managed to get this look? Did she just ask the seamstress to sew the V together?

  5. Hi Brianna - Thankyou for your message. Our couture level seamstress would have fitted this dress to the bride and how she felt most comfortable. This dress would fit differently on each bride, its just how the seamstress works it to your body.
